Empower an assembly of discerning leaders to curtail corruption with regulated technology and a transformative human spirit unbound.
I did not grow up wanting to be a leader of a world anti-corruption organization; it is something that has found its way to me through my life’s transformation. As President and Visionary of Conscious Branding, I have been leading efforts to up level the impact businesses can have on the world through a conscious brand, leadership and cultural foundation driven by a greater purpose.
On this journey, starting with my own self-development and honing my abilities and character as a leader, I experienced an unexpected transformative shift that has adjusted my perspective on the true nature of my purpose.
As most leaders experienced during the COVID pandemic, I went through a rough patch, managing and salvaging all I could. I was low on energy and high on stress, which was compounded by unraveling world events. Through my interaction with Conscious Enterprises Network Mentor Anatoly Yakorev, I discovered an unexpected transformative shift in myself that created a boost of power and inner deep reset that helped me see my challenges in a totally different light. I realized if I was part of a team of business leaders equally empowered, we could make a real difference in the world.
As I looked to find empowered business owners, I discovered an array of organizations scattered around the world striving to have a greater impact for a world they see as in dire need of a change and betterment for all continuing to make strides on their mission, yet over-ridden by global disruption. Conscious Enterprises Network in particular has created a community of like-minded leaders to begin the efforts of bringing these leaders together to increase the combined efforts of each member.
However, one element is critical to this journey – one needs to be transformed from within to gain the insight and power needed to make this difference possible. It doesn’t take much – just an inner pull and time to reflect on the deep inner change process within you.
We need more leaders who can take action. Transformative Business Ethics is an organization I created with Anatoly as a way to call on people around the planet who wish to make a difference in the world, improve our current state of humankind, and transform to become better leaders and changemakers for ourselves, our business and our communities around the world.
As time elapses, more voices grow weary and point out the lack of progress. To me, this is an indication that we need to step up our game and bring together more leaders around the word to shift this sentiment and, as business leaders begin to lead, serve and inspire both our workers and communities.
As a way to take action, I decided to take an offer from Anatoly Yakorev, the founder of World Without Corruption Programme, to lead the Foundation World Without Corruption International Alliance to assist in empowering business leaders around the world to get traction with stamping out corruption and leading with unfettered spirit to ensure human flourishing.
I welcome you to discover your full potential by joining us in this effort.

World Without Corruption promotes initiatives launched by business leaders to support the UNCAC and related to compliance and ethics projects. It seeks to give businesses a voice that is desperately needed as leaders decide to generate solutions in environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria areas.
We seek synergy from automated solutions implementation with a venue to recognize those companies and their leaders for their commitment in addressing the corruption that is rearing its ugly head in the second year of the COVID pandemic.
As the anti-corruption industry has lapsed, we see gaps left by not having holistic and overarching programs that allow business leaders to have a voice — especially when governments are in disarray, regulators struggle to handle market upheavals and whole industries are on the verge of collapsing.
In the absence of Moral Leadership, we are still confident that business leaders can serve as good examples of responsible and ethical market players and shift a degrading world economic disposition. When Business Roundtable CEOs of the World Economic Forum started the Great Reset initiative, they looked to demonstrate how leaders can achieve a better outcome. This challenge, however, has proven to be a very big task this time around.
Our intention is to focus on synergies between technology and ethical leadership to create clear and practical programs and solutions to guide and assist leaders in these confusing and dire times.
We hope you’ll join us.
